The role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is motivated by client advocacy.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a full caseload of workers’ compensation claimsConduct case evaluations, client consultations, and strategy developmentManage litigation proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and mediationsCollaborate with support staff and senior attorneys to drive case outcomesMaintain strong client communication throughout the lifecycle of each matterQualified Candidates will have:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice in Kentucky (or ability to waive in)2+ years of workers’ compensation and/or relevant litigation experience preferredAbility to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detailThis is a great opportunity to join an established platform with strong brand recognition in plaintiff-side litigation.
