Job Full DescriptionExpress is seeking a Lot Attendant for local well-known company in Butler, PA!Position Overview:This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, assisting with equipment handling, facility upkeep, and general support tasks. Key Responsibilities:Load and unload freight trucksVerify serial numbers, inspect for damage, and document issues (including photos)Load/unload transfer trucks and stage equipmentOperate a forklift to move and organize equipmentKeep storage areas organized, including tractors, attachments, and used equipmentMaintain crates and wooden pallets for return to manufacturers/customersMonitor fuel levels (gas/diesel) daily and report when lowAssist with unloading customer equipment for serviceFacility & Grounds Maintenance:Keep shop, sales floor, parts department, and restrooms cleanEmpty trash and restock paper products/soap as neededSweep, mop, vacuum, and break down boxesMaintain outdoor grounds (mowing, weed trimming, debris removal)Keep sidewalks clear of snow and iceMaintain wash bay and cleaning pit as neededAssist service manager with shop cleanup and special projectsRequirements:MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE!Benefits:Every 6 hours worked employee gains 1 hour of PTO available to use immediately!401K plans with employer match up to 5%!Individual/family health care plansOpportunity for growth and advancementPay: Starting at $16.00/hr Butler-Mercer, PA 2132 116 Evans Road Butler, PA 16001
