Our client, a prominent player in the retail and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Retail Customer Service Liaison to join their dynamic team. As a Retail Customer Service Liaison, you will be an integral part of the Customer Support Department, supporting the overall customer experience and ensuring satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to service excellence and inclusivity.
Job Title: Retail Customer Service Liaison
Location: Elloree, SC
Pay Range: $17.00
Shift: 7am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist in processing transactions and managing customer accounts accurately
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide informed support
Support store operations by ensuring a welcoming and organized environment
What's Needed?
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
1 year experience in distribution, transportation or retail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
