This position provides behavioral health and clinical services to incarcerated individuals in a structured correctional environment. ResponsibilitiesConduct psychosocial assessments and evaluationsProvide individual and group therapy servicesDevelop and implement treatment plansPerform crisis intervention and suicide risk assessmentsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with interdisciplinary medical and custody teamsEnsure compliance with facility and state regulationsRequirementsActive North Carolina LCSW license (required prior to start)Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program1+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health, corrections, or inpatient settings preferredExperience conducting mental health assessments and crisis interventionAbility to work within a correctional settingStrong documentation and communication skillsSpectrumACS Job ID #TCI-LCSW-TRV.
