You will represent plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation mattersranging from contract and business disputes to personal injury and complex claimsmanaging cases through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts You will serve as lead or key counsel on your matters, managing cases from initial demand through resolutionwhether by motion, settlement, or trialand through appeal when appropriate.Youll handle:Case strategy and client counselingPleadings, discovery, and motions practiceDepositions and witness preparationNegotiation and mediationTrial preparation and court appearancesYour work will span state and federal courts across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
