We are seeking an operations‑focused project professional who thrives in team environments, supports effective execution, and contributes to reliable project outcomes through strong coordination, technical understanding, and disciplined follow‑through.This role is project‑based and works in close partnership with the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent to support day‑to‑day execution and operational continuity. You'll support our data center project in Spartanburg, SC.Project Team Support & Coordination Act as a reliable and collaborative team member, supporting project leadership and field teams through consistent communication and execution of assigned responsibilitiesCreate conditions that support team productivity and workflow continuity by helping remove obstacles, clarifying next steps, and maintaining alignment across workstreamsSupport integrated, coordinated workflows while ensuring information flows efficiently between disciplines and stakeholdersPlanning, Scheduling & Workstream Execution Support the development and execution of project plans under the direction of the PM teamApply an advanced understanding of workstream sequencing and scheduling to assist with coordination, problem‑solving, and day‑to‑day plan reliabilityMaintain awareness of the status of assigned scopes of work and escalate risks or constraints appropriatelyAssist with communication of project plans, constraints, and required support to internal and external stakeholdersOperational Systems & Project Rhythm Support established project production systems and coordination routines, ensuring adherence to documented processes and workflowsParticipate in planning sessions, coordination meetings, and daily or weekly check‑ins as appropriateAssist with scope breakdown, work structuring, and prioritization to support coordinated, incremental progress across disciplinesAdapt to evolving project needs by supporting schedule and sequencing adjustments as directedSubcontractor & Design Team Interfaces Support interfaces with subcontractors, trade partners, and design teams, helping coordinate inputs, deliverables, and constructability feedbackAssist in tracking commitments, resolving coordination items, and ensuring deliverables meet downstream requirementsCost Management & Contract Support Provide operational support for cost control and cost management activities, including tracking, reporting inputs, and variance awarenessAssist with contract administration functions, including documentation support, change tracking, and basic compliance awarenessSupport project leadership with preparation of change documentation as neededTechnical Awareness & Quality Support Apply intermediate technical knowledge of construction means and methods to support coordination, issue identification, and quality outcomesAssist with quality assurance processes by supporting reviews, documentation, and coordination of deliverablesSupport package coordination, documentation tracking, and issuance processes as directedYour ability to support multiple workstreams, communicate effectively, and contribute to solution‑oriented execution will enable you to thrive in our fast‑paced project environment.
