We have the perfect role for an engaging professional like you!Polsinelli PC, an AmLaw 100 firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced Docket Specialist. This role is an in-office role. This role can be located in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, or Houston.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESReview all incoming ECF/e-filings, faxes, scanned mail deliveries, and emails for the offices within the designated assignment group (multiple offices) and docket same utilizing the CompuLaw Vision software in a manner consistent with court/agency rules and docketing protocolsAbility to analyze and interpret various rules, including Federal, State, and Local rules for multiple statesAbility to analyze documents to identify critical deadlines. The documents include but are not limited to complaints, motions, discovery requests, orders, etc.Ensure all information provided is accurate, and copies of documents are attached to events in the docketing system for referenceProvide guidance to attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff on understanding all aspects of docketing and processesAssist Docketing team members as backup and provide additional support as neededActively interact and collaborate with team members to provide deliverables and service to the highest and sustainable level of quality and professionalismAssume additional duties and/or responsibilities, as requestedSKILLSStrong attention to detailSolid initiative and independent judgment skillsAbility to manage and prioritize work efficientlyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to take ownership and responsibility for workloadReliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal skills; positive and proactive manner; strong work ethicAbility to manage and prioritize work efficiently.E-filing and familiarity with PACER and Electronic Court Filings (ECFs)Knowledge and understanding of the litigation processREQUIREMENTS3-5 years of docketing experience, relevant legal support, or equivalent experience in a law firm or legal services environment is requiredExperience with Aderant CompuLaw or other docketing systems preferredCollege degree and/or paralegal certification, or equivalent experience, preferredProficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, & OutlookThe budgeted salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.As part of full-time employment associated with this position, Polsinelli PC offers the following benefits: Paid time off, sick time off, a referral program, medical insurance and benefits, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, ID Theft insurance, long-term disability benefits, short-term disability benefits, Parking/Transit reimbursement (varies depending on location), 401(k) benefits, and employee assistance benefits.Polsinelli PC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to gender identity and expression, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
