The candidate will be part of a larger program team dedicated to providing the technical leadership necessary to meet the customer's technical, cost and schedule needs.Applies system integration and test engineering standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to complex payloads and space vehiclesSpecifies requirements, architects I&T approaches, analyzes, establishes flow down of requirements across flight hardware subsystems and critical ground support equipmentParticipates in design peer reviews, plans top level I&T flow with a perspective on efficient use of assets and facilities.Provides technical support to detailed test plans and guides team on I&T processes and procedures appropriate to the complexity of the programResponsible for technical management of complex engineering tasks in electrical, mechanical, optical, software, systems, and/or hardware componentsDirectly supports detailed test planning and on-the-floor test execution for system level tests, based on subject matter expertiseAerospace Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Optical or thermal engineering backgroundcustomer focusedBachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
