Diagnoses, repairs mechanical problems, and performs emergency and proactive repairs of buildings and grounds, production equipment, and machinery while minimizing down time.Job Duties:Core competencies include:o Electrical o Hydraulics o Pneumatics o Controls o Programming Knowledge of LOTO and SDS is requiredRepair emergency/reactive repairs of production equipment and machinery minimizing downtimePerforms inspection of completed maintenance and documents resultsComplete and maintains paperwork for maintenance performedAssists in other work areas as needed and directed by the department supervisorOperate Forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment as necessaryAdvanced duties and responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical problems, replace or repair parts to mechanical, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic componentsTrain other employeesQualifications:Associates or Vocational degree in a mechanical or electrical field or industrial maintenance or a combination of education and experience5+ years of manufacturing/maintenance experienceBasic computer skillsOSHA 10 hours certifiedKnowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipmentPLC experienceElectrical experience 120 + 480 volts, speciallyFanuc/CNCProven fabrication and welding experienceQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.#inPR
