Job OpportunityPosition: Registered Nurse (RN) or Travel RNLocation: Warwick, RI 02886Facility type: Nursing HomeShift: 7am - 3:30pm (Four/Five days in a week that includes EOW)Contract: 8 weeksPay rate: $51/hrStart: ASAPRequired:Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).BLS/CPR preferredMin 1 -2 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.Responsibilities:Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and adviceObserve and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physiciansCollaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patientsPerform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients chartsAdjust and administer patients medication and provide treatments according to physicians ordersInspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.
