DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION PLANNING

Job Description: As the Director of Production Planning, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production planning and scheduling, ensuring the efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement production planning strategies that align with organizational goals.Lead and mentor the production planning team to ensure optimal performance.Analyze production schedules, inventory levels, and capacity to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless operations.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Manage the production planning budget and resource allocation.Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders regarding production status and challenges.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;5+ years of experience in production planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the aerospace industry.In office roleM-F DoralGreat benefits.
