We are looking for Machine Operators to join our team in Dallas, Oregon! This is an excellent "foot in the door" opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude/skills and attention to detail. We like to grow our talent from within -- come get started with us and carve your own career path!Shifts AvailableDay Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Swing Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.Weekend Day Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.Weekend Night Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.This position is on site (not remote/not hybrid) at our Dallas, Oregon facility and not eligible for Visa sponsorship.RequirementsJob Responsibilities: Included, but not limited to: CNC setup and operationTeach tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly Read prints and inspect parts for conformance, typically +/- .005 toleranceCheck parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gaugesTrade school and/or at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferredPersonal QualificationsReliable and DependableSelf-Starter/Self-MotivatedTeam Player with professional demeanor and respectful to people in all situationsQuality OrientedThe employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job, absent undue hardship.
