Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, along with strong time management skills, are highly valued. The bartender will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in settings ranging from fine dining to nightclubs and banquet events. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and offering recommendations Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash register operations, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions when required Uphold food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming environment in nightclubs or hospitality settings Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Prior experience in brewing or catering is a plus but not required Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling, serving, and safety protocols This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences.
