We manage and operate a warehouse facility which encompasses: Picking, Packing, Storage, and Shipping of automotive parts and equipment. This operation ships to various dealers, warehouses, and distribution facilities - as well as direct to the assembly line in a Just-in-Time (JIT) capacity.Schedule:(A-Crew)Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pmKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, storage, shipping, and JIT line-side deliveriesLead, train, and develop warehouse associates to meet performance, quality, and safety expectationsEnsure on-time and accurate shipment of automotive parts to dealers, warehouses, distribution centers, and assembly linesMonitor labor, productivity, and workflow to meet operational goalsEnforce safety standards, company policies, and work proceduresCoordinate with management, customers, and carriers to resolve issues and support service requirementsUtilize warehouse systems and reports to track inventory accuracy, performance metrics, and order statusIdentify and support continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency, quality, and cost controlRespond quickly to operational challenges and customer demands in a JIT environmentQualifications2–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environmentPrior experience in automotive supply chain or JIT operations preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentWorking knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic reporting toolsForklift or powered industrial truck experience preferredAbility to work extended hours or flexible schedules as needed to support operations
