Medical Talent acquisition Coordinator
Contract-to-hire
Temp Pay: $26-36/hour
Perm pay: $25-36/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (On Site)
Requirements:* 3+ year of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
* Experience using an applicant tracking system and job posting platforms
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Interpersonal and communication skills
* experience in healthcare
* Full-Cycle recruiting
* EEO/Employment law fundamentals
* Detail oriented and organized
* Self-Motivated and open minded
* Social media sourcing (LinkedIn, etc.)
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions
* Valid driver's license up to 30% (job fairs & recruiting events)
* Consult on requisition drafts and guidelines: requisition timeline, title correction, overall validity of job description and selling points
* Ideally will be taking over direct contact with the hiring of the managers
* Assistant with HR and company expansion
* Assist with new ATS selection

* Experience working for a start up or recruitment agency
* Exporting applicants to excel worksheets
* Metrics: Attend a minimum number of recruiting events per quarter (set by HR leadership)
* Develop 2 Community pipeline relationships per year
* Submit post-event summaries and tracking reports promptly
* Maintains ATS record accuracy for active requisitions
* Complete all pre-employment steps within the established timelines
* Zero substantiated EEO or compliance violationsResponsibilities:* Manage end to end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions
* partner with hiring managers to develop accurate jobs postings, define candidate profiles, and establish timelines for each requisition
* source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and applicant tracking systems.
* screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
* Extend Verbal and written offers of employment in coordination with HR and leadership
* represent company at job fairs, college and vocational school career events, community hiring events, and healthcare focuses recruiting activities
* develop and maintain local schools, workforce development programs, and community organizations to build candidate pipelines
* prepare and manage recruiting materials for event
* track and report event ROI and candidate conversion rates from outreach activities
* coordinate pre-employment steps (background checks, reference verification, drug screening, and credentialling)
* assist with onboarding coordination
* track key recruiting metrics including time to fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and requisition status
