The manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure outstanding dining experiences for guests. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to enhance efficiency. Additionally, the role involves staff hiring and training, overseeing food and beverage operations, and managing budgets to ensure profitability.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain excellent guest experiences.Proven expertise in team management, including Hiring and Training.Excellent Communication skills for effectively managing staff and interacting with guests.Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory, and compliance with health regulations.Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage day-to-day operations.Experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related field is a plus.Associate's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related area is preferred.
