EH&S Compliance Manager

A global pharmaceutical and medical device organization is seeking an EH&S Product Compliance Manager to ensure product‑level environmental, health, and chemical compliance across a diverse portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of regulatory strategy, product development, and global market access.The Manager will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field7+ years in product environmental or chemical compliance (medical device experience preferred)Strong knowledge of RoHS, REACH/SVHC, P‑gas, WEEE, TSCA, Proposition 65Experience with EU MDR technical documentation and ISO 13485 environmentsSkilled in documentation, regulatory interpretation, and cross‑functional collaborationBackground in toxicology or ecotoxicology is a plus The Manager will have the following responsibilities: Ensure global product compliance with environmental and chemical regulationsReview materials, components, and supplier documentation for regulatory riskSupport regulatory submissions and technical documentation with compliance evidenceIntegrate environmental requirements into product design and lifecycle managementManage supplier compliance programs and maintain accurate product recordsMonitor regulatory changes and advise internal teams on impactSupport Environmental Risk Assessments (ERA) for medicinal products
