Job Title: Junior Business Analyst (Customer Relations Focus)Location: Hybrid – Philadelphia, PAPay Rate: $20-$25/hrExperience Level: 1–5 yearsContractOverview:We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support customer-focused initiatives through a combination of strong analytical ability and excellent customer service skills. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams on projects related to customer relations, process improvements, and operational support.
