Automotive Dealership Titles Processor- Bilingual, Spanish Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking experienced, bilingual applicants fluent in Spanish for the Automotive Dealership Titles Processor position. In this role you will be responsible for handling all aspects of vehicle title and registration processing for a dealership. This role ensures that vehicle sales are properly documented, registered, and compliant with state and federal regulations. The processor works closely with the sales, finance, and accounting departments, as well as state agencies and financial institutions, to ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicle titles. Since Spanish oral skills are essential for the job, you'll likely be interacting with Spanish-speaking customers. Strong bilingual communication can give you an advantage in resolving title issues, explaining paperwork, and ensuring smooth transactions. Essential Duties Processes new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled. Prepares title documents: purchase, trade, POA, sold. Submits legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Verifies the correct lienholder is noted before processing title applications. Checks applications for accuracy and completeness and compliance, including appropriate signatures. Verifies Power of Attorney documents are accurate. Reports status of any missing or problem titles to Processing Manager and follows up with appropriate parties. Signs over titles to wholesalers who have paid in full. Prepares and sends funding documents to the lienholder to fund contracts. Prepares payoff checks for trade-ins. Provides information to customers, claimants, employees, and sales personnel. Communicates with county as needed. Schedules customer meetings. Prepares UPS shipments. Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies. Job Knowledge/Skills Required Must be proficient in both English and Spanish languages Organizational skills Attention to detail Customer service skills Verbal and written communication skills Legible handwriting Requirements Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
