Press Brake Operator

Set-up, operate, and adjust machines and equipment as needed to produce quality parts.(Examples of machines and equipment are, but not limited to, punch press, press brake, forklift, and other departmental equipment.)Use of calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure quality standardsFollow drawings or work orders as provided by a team leader.Read/interpret blueprints and make minor adjustments as necessaryRemove burrs, alter shape, improve fit or smooth finish using hand tools or power tools.Must be able to maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and comply with all safety rules and procedures.Must work efficiently while keeping safety, quality and production standards in mind at all times.To promote a team-oriented atmosphere at all times.Any other task asked by the leadership team.
