For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Professional Services Sales (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and operational transformation. You will work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term innovation within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $163,851 – $225,295 annuallyResponsibilities Lead and coach the Solutions Consulting team for high-quality project scoping Oversee scope and cost generation for service projects Negotiate and redline contracts to reduce project risks Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to enhance service positioning Manage escalated issues for complex pre-sales engagements Standardize SOW and Amendment creation for consistency Monitor performance metrics for scoping accuracy and team efficiency Launch cross-functional initiatives to improve service offeringsQualifications 10+ years in professional services, consulting, or project management with 5+ years in leadership roles Bachelor's degree preferred Expertise in pre-sales processes and complex SOW creation Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software and project methodologies Proven team management and inspirational leadership skills Exceptional presentation and communication abilities Analytical with experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies Background in Construction Technology or industry experience preferredBenefits Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US Participation in equity compensation programs Incentive bonus opportunities Flexible work environment that promotes a strong culture of ownership Professional development through scalable team growth initiativesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
