Branch Administrator

We are a busy real estate office seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Branch Administrator to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations.Responsibilities:  Greet clients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner  Answer and direct incoming phone calls  Schedule appointments and manage calendars  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office  Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and emails  Sort incoming mail & prepare commission checks for payout  Assist staff and management with office support as neededQualifications:  Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities  Basic computer and office software knowledge  Professional appearance and positive attitude  Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPosition Details:  Full-Time, On-site  8:30-5:00  Competitive pay based on experience  PTOTo Apply: Please submit your resume and contact information to Kim@WeichertHomesKC.com.We look forward to welcoming a motivated and friendly individual to our team!
