System Administrator — Managed IT Services Houston, TX (Fourth Ward) · Hybrid (2 days on-site / 3 remote) · Full-Time $40/hr · Company-covered medical benefits We're a fast-moving managed IT services company supporting oil and gas clients across the country. We're looking for a sharp, self-driven System Administrator who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and knows how to juggle multiple client environments without dropping the ball. What you'll be doing •Managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — provisioning, group policies, conditional access, license management •Administering Okta for SSO, MFA, and app integrations •Supporting SaaS integrations including Salesforce and similar platforms •Laptop imaging and setup, printer troubleshooting, software installs, end-user support •Diagnosing and resolving network, authentication, and hardware issues •Documenting client environments and changes clearly What we're looking for •Hands-on Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience •Okta administration (SSO, MFA, app assignments) •Microsoft 365 admin familiarity — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune a plus •Salesforce or similar SaaS integration experience preferred •Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoints, networking basics, and peripherals •Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical users Nice to have •MSP background •Ubiquiti networking experience •Oil and gas industry exposure Why join us You'll get real exposure across a diverse client base, work alongside experienced engineers, and have ownership from day one.
