Manager, Client Engagement Center

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:Bachelor degree required; Master Degree, CFA, CFP or CIMA preferredKnowledge of financial markets and financial services investment products requiredPrevious management experience preferredSales experience preferredKnowledge of mutual fund, ETF, and SMA investment techniques and terminology, Federated products and competitors' products preferredMAJOR DUTIES:Manage Client Engagement Center staff members to ensure effective coordination of sales efforts for Federated Hermes' products and services to clientsWork closely with Internal Regional Consultants to increase sales and assets in assigned territories and to develop and maintain relationships with external sales representatives, regional managers, advisors and clientsDevelop, coordinate and deliver on-going product and sales training and sales promotion meetings for internal sales representativesMonitor calls to ensure that performance standards are maintainedEvaluate Internal Regional Consultants' performanceProvide daily guidance to staff in resolving complex inquiriesInteract with internal and external clients on the development, implementation, evaluation and recommendations of sales programsIdentify Federated Hermes external Regional Sales Consultants' and client needs and coordinate efforts to service those needsPrepare sales and project status reports for managementResponsible for interviewing and hiring Client Engagement Center Associates/Internal Regional ConsultantsHOURS/LOCATION:8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (additional hours as required)Federated Hermes Tower - Pittsburgh, PA 15222Travel as necessaryEXPLANATORY COMMENTS:Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate staffExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational, decision- making problem solving and analytical skillsWill be required to sign an Employment AgreementMust possess and maintain a valid driver's licenseMust possess or immediately obtain FINRA Series 7, 66 and 24 licenses
