Construction Project Manager (T&D) – MinnesotaWe’re hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to support major Transmission & Distribution (T&D) infrastructure projects across Minnesota. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex EPC projects from pre-construction through to completion.The RoleAs a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of one or multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery across safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. You’ll work closely with engineering, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead construction execution across all project phases, from planning to closeoutManage project safety, quality, schedule, and cost controlCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staffSupport project planning, scheduling, estimating, and budgetingOversee contract negotiation, change management, and risk reviewsDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsManage reporting, forecasting, and project documentationEnsure compliance with permits, regulations, and company standardsLead RFP processes, subcontractor selection, and contract administrationSupport commissioning, turnover, and warranty processesMonitor financial performance, earned value, and project metricsMentor junior team members and support workforce developmentManage labour planning, crew rates, and equipment utilisationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years’ experience in construction project managementStrong EPC or construction delivery experience, ideally within energy, utilities, or infrastructureProven track record managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial acumen, including cost control and contract managementProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management softwareUnderstanding of scheduling, document control, and financial reportingPreferred ExperienceTransmission & Distribution, utilities, or mission-critical infrastructure projectsField-based construction leadership experienceExposure to large-scale, multidisciplinary projectsWhy Apply?Work on high-impact infrastructure projectsJoin a dynamic and growing project delivery environmentOpportunity for long-term career progression
