The purpose of this position is to provide information and guidance regarding the services provided by the Student Enrollment Center to students, faculty, staff, and the public in a professional and customer service oriented manner.This Is Accomplished ByProviding campus and education information.Responding to general questions with accurate and current information.Assist with other general activities as assigned.Minimum QualificationsOne (1) year of advanced study or training past the high school diploma/GED equivalency AND six (6) months of related experience. OR -One (1) year and six (6) months of related experience.Required Job Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent customer service skills.Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with students, faculty, staff, and public.Preferred QualificationsSix (6) months experience working in a college setting.Special Instructions to ApplicantsThis is a security-sensitive position.
