This role combines leadership, sales, operations, and customer service in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.About The RoleAs Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including inside and outside sales, warehouse inventory, and production/shop activities. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and implement lean business practices to drive efficiency and profitability.Essential FunctionsManage branch performance, including sales, profits, and operational efficiencyLead, train, and develop inside and outside sales teams, warehouse, and production staffMake sales calls, maintain key customer relationships, and ensure high satisfactionOversee inventory management, order delivery, production quality, and workflow efficiencyAnalyze financial performance, including EBITA, and set branch goalsMonitor daily operations, reinforce safety programs, and perform cycle countsCommunicate effectively with corporate departments and provide monthly performance reportsRecruit, hire, and maintain a motivated, high-performing workforceExperience, Education And Skills5+ years branch management experience in industrial distribution or related field2+ years experience managing and developing staffStrong financial acumen and accountability for branch EBITDAAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environmentExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with lean manufacturing and lean business practices preferredWhy Join Us?
