In short, We Enable Possibility?.Arch is seeking a proactive, results-driven individual to join our Global Internal Audit (\"IA\") team as Internal Auditor. As an Internal Auditor, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with business processes, risks, and controls. You will also build relationships with business and audit leaders during your participation in IA and Sarbanes-Oxley (\"SOX\") program activities. This position offers the opportunity to grow through demonstrated performance and prepare the Internal Auditor for future leadership responsibilities.This role will sit remotely, but candidates must reside in the EST time zone.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a team member on Audit/Advisory projects and/or SOX program effortsPerform Audit/SOX activities including interviews, walkthroughs, testing, wrap-up, and issue follow upRequired Skills and Experiences1-3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm and/or corporate organizationUnderstanding of audit and/or SOX planning, testing, and reporting requirementsDesired Skills and ExperiencesPrevious insurance industry (e.g., Insurance, Reinsurance, Mortgage Insurance) audit and/or SOX experience, ideally within a global firmAbility to apply risk and control conceptsFamiliarity with data analytics (e.g., Alteryx and Power BI/Tableau)Confident, with strong interpersonal, and communication skillsThrives within a team environmentWillingness and ability to adapt to new circumstances, information, and challengesExperience working with MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPointEducationDegree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration or FinanceObtained or in the pursuit of a recognized accounting/auditing qualification (e.g., CPA/ACCA/CA, CIA)Arch is committed to helping employees succeed through our comprehensive benefits package that includes multiple medical plans plus dental, vision and prescription drug coverage; a competitive 401k with generous matching; PTO beginning at 20 days per year; up to 12 paid company holidays per year plus 2 paid days of Volunteer Time Offer; basic Life and AD&D Insurance as well as Short and Long-Term Disability; Paid Parental Leave of up to 10 weeks; Student Loan Assistance and Tuition Reimbursement, Backup Child and Elder Care; and more.
