Role Type: 6-month contract with potential conversion to full-timeLocation: On-site, Cerritos, CA Role Summary Razor USA is expanding the Stage2 e-moto bike line, and we are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help drive product development, quality control, and go-to-market execution. This role starts as a 6-month contract with a clear path to a full-time position based on performance and fit. You will work cross-functionally with product development, manufacturing, QA, and commercial teams to bring high-quality e-motos to riders. Prior experience in the e-moto, electric motorcycle, or light electric vehicle space is strongly preferred - we want someone who already speaks the language and understands the customer.What You'll DoProduct DevelopmentOwn the product roadmap for the Stage2 e-moto line, from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.Translate rider needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence into clear product requirements and feature priorities.Partner closely with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and industrial design teams to guide trade-offs on range, power, weight, cost, and ride feel.Manage the product development schedule and keep cross-functional milestones on track.Quality ControlDefine quality standards and acceptance criteria for Stage2 e-moto bikes, in partnership with QA and manufacturing.Drive root-cause analysis on field issues, warranty trends, and factory defects; close the loop with engineering and suppliers.Manage customer service calls.Ensure compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and certification requirements (UL, CPSC, DOT as relevant).Sales & Marketing SupportPartner with sales and marketing to develop positioning, messaging, spec sheets, and launch assets for the Stage2 line.Function as the product subject-matter expert for key retail, dealer, and channel conversations.Contribute to pricing strategy, channel planning, and promotional calendars.Represent the product at industry events, dealer meetings, and rider demos when needed.What We're Looking ForRequired2+ years of product management experience on physical/hardware products.Direct experience in the e-moto, electric motorcycle, e-bike, or powersports space.Understanding of quality systems, supplier management, and hardware failure modes.Good cross-functional communication - comfortable with engineers, factory partners, and commercial teams.Willingness and ability to work on-site in Cerritos, CA.Nice to HavePersonal riding experience with e-motos, electric motorcycles, or dirt bikes.Experience supporting sales enablement and go-to-market launches for consumer hardware.Familiarity with battery systems, BLDC motors, controllers, and related powertrain components.Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners.Background in consumer brands with strong retail and DTC channels.Engagement Details6-month initial contract, with review for conversion to full-time.On-site, Cerritos, CA - occasional travel to factories, test sites, and events.Full-time hours expected during the contract period.
