Regional Branch Manager – Mortgage (Southeast)Multiple Locations: Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville (FL) | Charlotte (NC) | Charleston (SC) In-Office (Location-Based) with Regional OversightThe OpportunityCitywide Mortgage is expanding across the Southeast and is hiring a Regional Branch Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of mortgage branches.This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving performance, developing branch teams, and scaling operations across a growing regional footprint.You'll be leading a new division, driving growth and performance with full leadership support and a strong foundation to build on.What You'll OwnRegional Oversight & PerformanceOversee performance across ~1+ branch in the Southeast region (and growing)Drive production, efficiency, and accountability across all locationsMonitor branch KPIs, volume, and profitabilityLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and support Branch Managers and their teamsProvide ongoing coaching, structure, and performance managementHelp build a strong, scalable leadership bench as the region growsGrowth & ExpansionPlay a key role in expanding the regional footprintSupport new branch onboarding and ramp-upPartner with executive leadership on growth strategyOperational Excellence & ComplianceEnsure all branches operate in full compliance with mortgage regulationsStandardize processes, improve workflows, and maintain quality controlAct as a strategic bridge between branches and executive leadershipProduction Support (As Needed)Step in to originate or support deals when necessaryServe as a subject matter expert for complex scenarios
