OverviewLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care specialty in Vandalia, Illinois. Travel temporary assignment starting 06/01/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with a 3x12-hour day shift schedule. Weekly pay range: $1,452–$1,459 per week.
