Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Office Manager/Accounting Specialist based in Meshoppen, PA. The role includes managing office operations, handling administrative tasks, operating office equipment, providing responsive customer support, and overseeing general office administration. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. As a core member of the team, this professional will play a key role in streamlining operations and enhancing organizational efficiency.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team membersProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining office organizationExperience operating and maintaining Office Equipment, such as copiers, printers, and phone systemsBasic knowledge of accounting principles, including financial recordkeeping and accounts management, is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is advantageous.
