CDL A OTR COMPANY DRIVER

Key Selling Points: Schedule: Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend. Coverage: OTR driving across all 48 states, primarily east of I-35, but we go where the freight goes. Miles: Average 2000-2200 miles per week, based on hours of service and availability. Freight: All no-touch freight with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload. Routing: No forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs. Equipment: 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths. Average length of haul exceeds 600 miles. Support: Access to an operations specialist 24/7 for assistance. All shifts are tailored to meet your needs. Pay Details: Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour. Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day. Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, effective the month following your hire date.
