This is a hands-on, customer-focused role within a close-knit technical team, supporting on-site imaging systems used in day-to-day clinical care. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repair of diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy systems, ensuring reliability, safety, and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate is technically strong, self-sufficient, and comfortable working directly with clinical teams in a hospital or outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities: Service, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy systemsKey Responsibilities• Install, service, and maintain medical X-ray imaging systems• Perform preventative maintenance and quality assurance checks• Troubleshoot technical issues and execute timely repairs• Document service activities for internal records and client reporting• Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal support teams• Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standardsQualifications:• Minimum 1 year of experience servicing or installing medical imaging systems• Solid knowledge of X-ray equipment and related technologies• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls• On-site - Willingness to travel (very little)• Excellent communication and customer service abilitiesBenefits Package:• Company vehicle or car allowance• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) plan• Relocation assistance (if applicable)
