Human Resources Manager

A hospital system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis.The person in this role will manage a team of 4 HRBPs who are responsible for employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement within their assigned business units.This role is on-site in Nashua, NH.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employeesQualificationsBachelor’s DegreePrior HR Management experience (people/teams management)Employee Relations experience (including investigations)Experience working at mid-size to large / more complex organizationAble to commute to and work in Nashua, NH on daily basisHospital experience strongly preferred
