As a Financial Advisor Services Consultant, you will partner with our recruiting teams and field leadership to provide a delightful and seamless experience to Advisors, their business, and clients’ onboarding to RBC Wealth Management.What will you do?Partner with branch, complex and divisional management teams to coordinate and execute a best-in-class onboarding experiencePartner with internal teams to help with adding services to and advisors book of businessPrimary focus will be account inception into advisory programsSecondary services (ACH, Checking, etc.) as neededAssist in the onboarding of new FAs, support staff and clientsAssist with integration of the AOS platform into the onboarding process to expedite account opening and the transition of client assets to US Wealth ManagementProvide onsite support to enhance the onboarding experience for recruits and their clients, through coaching of best practicesLeverage Salesforce to automate and streamline onboarding processesDevelop, update and maintain resources used internally within the team and with the field—such as procedures, templates and checklistsGather feedback to drive platform enhancements that create a more efficient and holistic onboarding experience for both Financial Advisors and their clients (AOS, Wealth Management Online, Cash Management, etc.)Participate in transition calls with new recruits to ensure all transition needs are met prior to start dateWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveBachelor’s degree or job-related experience1-3 years’ experience at a wealth management firmProven dedication to and focus on client serviceStrong communication skillsAbility to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs and take ownershipAbility to travel for business as needed (40-50%)Nice-to-haveDemonstrated experience supporting financial advisors and client associates at a wealth management firmDemonstrated experience working with different functional groups at a wealth management firmSeries 7 and 66 (or ability to attain) What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
