Landscape Laborer

With over $200,000 in equipment and a reputation for responsive service, we’re looking to grow our team with reliable and hard-working laborers. Position Overview We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support our field operations. Laborers will assist in site clean-up, landscaping, and debris removal tasks across various job sites. This is a physically demanding role suited for individuals who take pride in keeping job sites safe, clean, and market-ready. Key Responsibilities Perform routine job site clean-up, including garage sweeps, trash pickup, raking property faces, and magnet sweeps Operate basic tools and equipment such as rakes, brooms, shovels, magnets, and wheelbarrows Assist with loading and unloading materials and debris into roll-off dumpsters Follow site safety rules and wear appropriate PPE at all times Assist with light landscaping and debris sorting Support skid steer and grapple truck operations as needed Report equipment issues or job site hazards to the supervisor immediately Maintain a professional appearance and represent AMASA Logistics with respect and integrity Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience in construction, landscaping, or site clean-up preferred but not required Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Must follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage, paid weekly Company-provided safety equipment and uniforms Opportunities for advancement into equipment operator or crew lead roles Work with a team committed to quality and growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
