Duties include picking, packing, sorting, loading, and unloading apparel and footwear products using required forklift equipment while maintaining productivity and safety standards. Special Requirements: - Valid driver's license required - Minimum of 1 year forklift experience - Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed Transportation & Parking: - Site is accessible via public transportation Screening / Qualifying Questions: - Do you have reliable transportation? - Are you willing to work overtime if needed? - Are there any issues that could impact your attendance? Assignment Type: - Temp to Hire Schedule: - Tuesday-Friday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM - Tuesday-Friday | 5:00 PM- 3:30 AM - Saturday–Monday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Saturday-Monday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime: - May be required based on business needs PPE / Dress Code: - N/AA Interview Process: - In-person interview Education Requirements: - Diploma or Equivalent to GED Experience Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of forklift experience Assessments: - Multiple Choice Assessment - Hands-on testing conducted during training Background Check Exceptions: - No exceptions allowed Pay Details: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
