We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while managing incoming calls and visitor interactions with professionalism. The person in this role will help keep communication flowing smoothly and provide dependable administrative support in a part-time capacity.Responsibilities:• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members in a courteous and attentive manner.• Manage a multi-line phone system, handling incoming calls efficiently and transferring them to the correct departments.• Maintain an orderly reception area to ensure a positive experience for guests, clients, and employees.• Respond to general inquiries by phone and in person, providing accurate information and timely assistance.• Support routine front office tasks such as taking messages, monitoring visitor flow, and assisting with basic administrative needs.• Coordinate daily reception activities to help ensure smooth communication across the office.• Handle part-time front desk coverage reliably while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer service standards.• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk support role.• Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with confidence.• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.• Comfortable answering a high volume of inbound calls while staying organized.• Dependable time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a part-time schedule.• Detail-oriented demeanor with a customer-focused approach to visitor and caller interactions.• Basic administrative and organizational skills to support day-to-day reception operations.**Must be able to pass a BG Check and Finger Print Clearance
