Guadalupe, Austin, Texas 78751Work Arrangements: OnsiteInterview: Webcam Interview or In PersonJob Description:Under the direction of the IT Applications Director, the Full Stack Software Developer designs, develops, enhances, and supports enterprise applications and reporting solutions. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using .NET Core, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and Azure cloud technologies in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core/C# (backend) and React JS/JavaScript (frontend)• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning• Work with Oracle databases, including data migration to SQL Server• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports (including paginated reports)• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using Azure (preferred) or similar platforms• Support legacy application modernization and migration to web-based systems• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices• Troubleshoot, resolve, and monitor production issues across the full stack• Perform unit, integration, and system testing and support defect resolution• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and compliance standards• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developersRequired Skills & Experience• 11+ years of experience in full stack development using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS• Strong experience in SQL Server (data modeling, optimization, performance tuning)• Extensive experience with Oracle and data migration to SQL Server• Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reports, data modeling)• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud (app services, storage, security, deployment)• Strong experience in legacy system modernization and migration projects• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools• Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508)• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field• 8+ years in large-scale enterprise or government/regulatory environments• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies• Experience in public sector or healthcare domain (e.g., state agencies)
