Job Description Removable Technician (Waxer)Department: RemovableLocation: 4307 Center GateReports To: Lab Manager / Department LeadFull-TimeJob SummaryThe Removable Technician is responsible for fabricating and finishing removable dental prosthetics, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet clinical specifications and FDA protocols. This role requires strong technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesWax full upper and lower archesComplete wax-ups for flippers, RPDs, and flexible partialsFabricate and finish night guardsPerform finishing work on dentures, flippers, and RPDsExecute removable model work with precisionMaintain understanding of dental anatomy and materialsFollow all FDA and lab quality protocolsCollaborate with technicians to meet deadlines and production goalsMaintain a clean and organized workspace(Based on original waxer responsibilities including wax-ups, night guards, and finishing work )Minimum QualificationsMinimum 1 year of dental lab experience (removable preferred)Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomyUnderstanding of removable prosthetics workflowsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentCompany DescriptionStep Into Precision at South Texas's Leading Dental LaboratoryB&R Dental Laboratory and Imaging Center is more than a full-service dental lab; we are a trusted partner in digital innovation and implant solutions.
