Wise Mind Psychological Services P.L.L.C. is a client-centered private practice based in Rockville Centre and Garden City, New York, offering both in-person and virtual therapy to individuals across New York State. The practice is rooted in values of compassion, authenticity, and a holistic approach to emotional health.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time or part-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist, based in Garden City, or Rockville Centre, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. We are also open to taking on completely virtual clinicians that are not within range of commuting to the office. The therapist will provide individual therapy to clients with diverse needs. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, creating and implementing personalized treatment plans, maintaining detailed case documentation, and collaborating with other clinicians to ensure the holistic care of clients. The role may also involve working with various therapeutic modalities appropriate to clients' unique goals and facilitating productive and supportive therapeutic relationships.What We're Looking For:We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychologists, LMHCs, LCSWs, LMSWs, LCATs, and LMFTs to join our team. We offer full-time W2 positions with a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, part-time with a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week, and supervisory roles are available for experienced providers. While DBT experience is a plus, it's not required.
