Fabricator - 1st Shift

Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled Fabricator for our 1st shift team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating fabrication equipment, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a metal fabrication environment and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate fabrication machinery and equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsMeasure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metUse precision measuring tools such as height gauges, calipers, tape measures, squares, and angle findersPerform basic shop math to ensure proper dimensions and tolerancesInspect finished products and identify any defects or inconsistenciesMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork independently as well as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications:Previous experience in a metal fabrication environment requiredProficient with measuring tools and inspection equipmentStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructionsExperience operating industrial machineryKnowledge of basic shop mathStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work both independently and in a team setting
