Job Title: Sales Executive – Janitorial Services

Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our janitorial services business by securing new commercial clients. This role focuses on meeting with prospects, assessing their cleaning needs, and closing service agreements.Responsibilities: Meet with prospective clients (offices, medical facilities, retail, etc.) Conduct walkthroughs and assess cleaning requirements Present customized service proposals and pricing Negotiate and close new service contracts Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently Build long-term client relationships Requirements: 1+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Reliable transportation for local travel Ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines Preferred Experience: Commercial cleaning or facility services sales B2B or outside sales Compensation: Base Salary: $40,000 – $55,000/year Commission: 10% – 20% of first month’s contract value On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 – $90,000+ Compensation Details: Commission paid per closed contract Bonuses available for hitting monthly targets Growth opportunities within the company Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
