The brand exists at the intersection of wellness, design, movement, recovery, hospitality, and community, creating spaces and experiences that feel elevated, grounded, and deeply human.As Black & Bould expands its Home Wellness & Gym Design services, we are seeking a Luxury Wellness Consultant to lead client outreach and business development efforts throughout Colorado and New Mexico.This role is ideal for someone who is naturally outgoing, relationship-oriented, and comfortable building authentic connections within luxury-adjacent spaces and communities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, polished, proactive, and understands how to represent an elevated brand experience in both digital and in-person environments.Responsibilities include:Prospecting and identifying potential clientsConducting cold outreach and follow-up communicationAttending open houses, networking events, wellness gatherings, and luxury community eventsBuilding relationships with homeowners and referral sourcesQualifying leads and scheduling consultations directly through the Black & Bould partnerships calendar and email accountRepresenting the brand professionally and thoughtfully in public-facing environmentsMaintaining organized communication and lead trackingThis is a self-directed 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling and performance-based compensation.Compensation:Paid per booked client consultationContractor payments issued twice monthlyLong-term growth opportunity available for the right candidateRequired Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable with networking, outreach, and initiating conversationsHighly organized and comfortable working independentlyMust reside in Colorado or New MexicoPreferred Qualifications:Business development experienceExperience in sales, hospitality, luxury service, wellness, fitness, design, or real estateTo Apply:Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter explaining why you are interested in Black & Bould and this position specifically.www.blackandbould.com
