Pantry Cook

Jupiter Grill is currently looking to fill line cook positions Minimum of 2 years' Cooking experience Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize work load in a demanding environment Must be organized, self-motivated, proactive, & strong attention to detail Must be able to work a full time position, as well as a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs Large volume experience preferred Must be able to stand the entire shift Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs. during the shift, plates, product, etc. Must be flexible to work all shifts The quality and consistency of the food is top priority · The ability to work multiple stations with proper training. · RAW BAR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED (SHUCKING OYSTERS, CLAMS, ECT) · -Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies · Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) · Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff · Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions · Clean up station and take care of leftover food · Stock inventory appropriately · Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion · Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards · Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Compensation is hourly based off experience.
