Telehealth Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist (Remote)

Ceres PostAcute Care - Location: Remote (Licensed in California)Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)Employment Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN]Role OverviewWe are seeking innovative and tech-savvy Physical Therapists (PT) and Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our telehealth team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional in-person care and modern digital health by providing expert rehabilitative services to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
