Job DescriptionSUMMARY: This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate accounting operations environment, supports key functions of the Accounts Payable group.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.Creates and updates supplier information in NetSuite for all departments within 3-5 days of the requestReplies to requesters within the 3-5 days providing update confirmationResponsible for all file maintenance, current and historicalParticipate in ad hoc projects and reporting tasks as neededMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Currently pursuing a BS or MBA/MSOTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong analytical skillsObservational and listening skillsSelf-motivation and excellent problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and organizational skillsAbility to listen effectively, respect others' perspectives and contributions, and offer and accept constructive feedbackDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with NetsuiteExperience with Accounting/Bookkeeping is a plusExperience with Data AnalyticsExperience with system administration/vendor managementThis internship is paying $22.00/per hour.Job TypeIntern (Fixed Term) (Trainee)The above job is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
