Escrow Processor/Closer

We are seeking a dependable, honest, and enthusiastic professional to join our team. Candidate must be a "people person", detail oriented, able to muiti-task in a fast paced, high stress work environment and possess strong communication skills, while displaying a positive and professional attitude. Experience prefrerred but no required. Duties and responsibilities: Assist REALTOR(s), lenders, attorneys, and clients in resolving title issues. Ability to read and understand a title insurance commitment Prepare closing documents to complete the real estate transaction. Work with Lenders in preparing Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements. Facilitate escrow closings on behalf of the company. Disburse settlement packages through completion.
