The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of landscape design and maintenance projects. Duties include coordinating with internal teams, managing budgets, communicating with clients regarding progress, and maintaining high professional standards. The Account Manager will act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all projects meet quality and efficiency expectations.QualificationsStrong skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and CommunicationProficiency in Project Management, including timeline oversight and budget trackingKnowledge of Landscape Design, Horticulture, and Construction processesCapability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teamsOrganizational and Problem-Solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in sales or account management within the landscaping industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Business Administration, or a related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is advantageousValid driver's license with clean driving record
